CIH CONTINUING ED QUIZ ONLINE
Answer Compliance Magazine's March 2007 CIH Certification Maintenance Quiz Online! This is the third in a series of 12 articles in 2007 for which Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIHs) and Certified Associate Industrial Hygienists (CAIHs) can receive certification maintenance (CM) credits. The articles will be published in the print publication, except for the January, March, July and November quizzes and articles, which will be posted only on the Compliance Magazine Web site at http://www.compliancemag.com. The American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) has approved 0.5 CM credits to CIHs who read 12 CIH Continuing Education articles that appear monthly in Compliance Magazine and answer the quiz at the end of each article. CIHs and CAIHs may begin the program at any time during the year, and credit may be earned for any 12 quizzes completed within a five-year CM cycle. After reading the article listed on the quiz page, answer the quiz online and then click the “submit” button. You also may submit the quiz by fax to (804) 217-8999. To order back issues of Compliance Magazine or to get a free subscription to the publication, call our customer service department at (888) 246-8484. You may also subscribe to the magazine online at http://www.compliancemagazine.com. On a regular basis, we will send verification by e-mail to each CIH or CAIH who completes a quiz, so please provide your e-mail address in your contact information below. If you have questions on verifications, please contact our customer service department at CEServices@douglaspublications.com. The fee is $12 per quiz or $80 for unlimited CIH/CAIH quizzes for 2007. Payment must be made by credit card. Requests for verifications not received previously or questions about verifications will be handled by e-mail at CEServices@douglaspublications.com. If a CIH or CAIH requires 24-hour turnaround on a quiz verification, the charge will be $25 per verification. ABIH certifies industrial hygienists based on education, experience and examination. A not-for-profit corporation, ABIH was organized to improve the practice and educational standards of the profession of industrial hygiene.
