CSP CONTINUING EDUCATION WEB QUIZ| March
Answer Compliance Magazine's March 2007 CSP Continuation of Certification Quiz Online!
Compliance Magazine offers this monthly quiz for which CSPs (Certified Safety Professionals), OHSTs (Occupational Health and Safety Technologists) and CHSTs (Construction Health and Safety Technicians) can gain continuation of certification (COC) credits. The Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) has approved .01 COC credits for each question. Each quiz contains 10 questions, so CSPs receive 0.1 points each month and 1.2 credits in one year. The quiz is based on articles published in the magazine and online. A rticles will be published in the print publication, except the January, March, July and November quizzes and articles, which will be posted only on the Compliance Magazine Web site at compliancemag.com. CSPs, OHSTs and CHSTs may begin the program at any time during the year.
After reading the articles listed on the quiz page, answer the quiz online and then click the “submit” button. You also may send the quiz to us by fax at (804) 217-8999. To order back issues of Compliance Magazine or to get a free subscription to the publication, call our circulation customer service department at (888) 246-8484. You also may subscribe online at http://www.compliancemag.com.
On a regular basis, we will send verification by e-mail to each CSP, OHST or CHST who completes a quiz, so please provide your e-mail address in your contact information below. If you have questions about verifications, please contact our customer service department at CEServices@douglaspublications.com.
The fee is $12 per quiz or $80 for unlimited CSP/OHST/CHST quizzes for 2007. Payment must be made by credit card. Requests for verifications not received previously or questions about verifications will be handled by e-mail at CEServices@douglaspublications.com. If a CSP, OHST or CHST wishes to receive guaranteed 24-hour turnaround of a verification, the charge will be $25 per verification.
BCSP was organized as a peer certification board with the purpose of certifying practitioners in the safety profession. The board evaluates the academic and professional experience qualifications of safety professionals, administers examinations, and issues certificates of qualification to those professionals who meet the board's criteria and successfully pass its examinations.BCSP Board of Directors
